Who Should Apply
The Pitch Masters Event is open to all individuals in or near Clarksville, Tennesse. This event is open to people who are in the business idea stage, people who are looking to take a hobby to the next level, or those looking to pivot and grow an existing business. Business ideas across a wide range of industries are encouraged.
Application Process & Timeline
Applications must be submitted by July 10, 2022.
The Entry Fee is $150.00 – Includes (3) tickets for family and friends.
Cash App Payment is available $pitchmasters.
The application must include the following items:
Submission of online form (found below)
Two-minute elevator pitch emailed to @ john.crespo@cfdservicesinc.com
Executive Summary (4 pages maximum) submitted below
Copy of current Tennessee business license(s) submitted below
All documents must be submitted in digital format must be submitted via online form.
Failure to submit any of the required documents will result in the disqualification of your application.
Applications will be accepted up to July 10, 2022, at 4:00 P.M. Central Standard Time.
Finalists will be selected, and all applicants will be sent a notification email by July 12, 2022,… Please check your Spam.
Finalists must reply to the notification email to participate in the Pitch Master TN Event at Office Now by July 14, 2022. Failure to confirm will result in disqualification.
Competition organizers reserve the right to delay or extend the registration period and adjust the number of finalists selected to make the presentation pitch at any time.

If your business is not selected as a finalist, you are still encouraged to attend. You will have an excellent opportunity to network with like-minded entrepreneurs and learn about business development resources available in Tennessee.
Competition Guidelines and Rules
Up to 5 finalists will be selected to compete in the Live Pitch Event. Pitch Masters TN organizers reserve the right to adjust the number of finalists at any time.
One representative of each finalist company will have 5 minutes to make their pitch presentation before the judges’ panel. Pitches will be hard stopped at the 5-minute Mark.
Time will begin when the presenter begins speaking. A 3-minute Q&A with the judges will follow the presentation.
Presenters must be physically present for the Live Pitch Event at the Pitch Masters TN Live Pitch Competition, which will be held on July 16th 2022; failure to arrive by 09:00 A.M. may result in disqualification. No prerecorded presentations will be permitted.
Companies may have a “backup” presenter ready to make the pitch if an emergency arises or unforeseen circumstance prevents the original presenter from participating.
The use of PowerPoint or slide presentations is not permitted. Props, posters, or prototypes may be used or displayed, however, set up time will not be provided. In addition, handouts and samples may not be distributed to the judges or audience at any time during your presentation.
All public sessions of the competition may be recorded and rebroadcast by event organizers, the public at large, or media members. Therefore, participants should not expect or assume any rights of confidentiality related to data or information presented or discussed during the public session.
The winner will be announced the same day and must be present to claim their award.
Competition organizers reserve the right to disqualify any application submission that it deems inappropriate, unethical, or offensive – or to disqualify any finalist that violates the rules of the Live Pitch Event.
